Für unser The North Face-Team in München suchen wir eine/n begeisterte/n VerkäuferIn.

Als VerkäuferIn inspirieren Sie unsere KundInnen, bieten einen herausragenden Kundenservice und sorgen dafür, dass unser Verkaufsraum die höchsten Standards erfüllt.

Von unseren VerkäuferInnen erwarten wir, dass sie ein unvergessliches Einkaufserlebnis bieten, indem sie:

- Erstklassigen Kundenservice liefern und dadurch den respektvollen Umgang mit allen KundInnen sicherstellen
- Genauestens über die in der Filiale angebotenen Produkte Bescheid wissen
- Merchandising-Standards gemäß den Markenrichtlinien aufrechterhalten
- Stets im Bilde über die neuesten Trends und die aktuelle Positionierung der Marke innerhalb des Marktes sind
- Alle betrieblichen Abläufe in der Filiale und im Lagerraum einhalten.

- Sie lieben den direkten Kundenkontakt. Mit Ihrer praxisorientierten Mentalität, Ihrem Enthusiasmus und Ihrer Leidenschaft für das Schaffen eines fantastischen Kundenerlebnisses gehen Sie mit gutem Beispiel für den Rest des Teams voran.
- Sie haben eine positive, proaktive Einstellung und nehmen sich jeder Situation in der Filiale an
- Sie haben eine Leidenschaft für unsere Marke, Mode und Einzelhandel im Allgemeinen
- Sie besitzen hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sie sind flexibel und würden bei Bedarf auch an Wochenenden, Feiertagen und in den Abendstunden arbeiten
