Location: Germany Remote (6 month period)

**About the position**

As our Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist Operations, you own and lead all talent acquisition, talent pooling and employer branding activities for our open roles in Operations.

Next to the day-to-day TA activities, we discuss your areas of interest and will assign a project for you to own, this could be a process, tech implementation, system owner, employer branding or maybe you love data? Very curious to hear what you enjoy

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**

Maybe you have spent some time on the agency side and are now looking for an in-house position or you are currently working in-house. You understand the German talent market, if you have experience with Operations within FMCG, great However, most important is that you understand the dynamics of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. You have felt the heat of deadlines, you've dealt with the complexity and hard-to-find combinations - and only the sky is the limit for you when you search for "the ONE". Besides, you are fluent in English & German (C1 level).
