Job Responsibilities :

The Specialist, Sales Operations (Sales Operations Executive, m/f) plays a vital role in optimizing sales processes and driving business growth through insightful data analysis. With a focus on coordinating data collection, analyzing customer behavior, and implementing user-friendly tools, this role contributes to informed decision-making and strategic planning. The ideal candidate possesses a proactive problem-solving approach, strong proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, fluency in German and English, along with a passion for gaming, are advantageous in this dynamic and collaborative environment.Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel, Power BI, and database tools to analyze sales data, identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Report Generation: Create regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.Support Sales Team: Assist with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract management, and invoice generation.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with finance, marketing, and operations to streamline processes and resolve issues.Train and Onboard New Team Members: Educate new sales team members on tools, processes, and systems.Sales Enablement Initiatives: Create sales collateral, training materials, and documentation to support sales enablement.Special Projects and Initiatives: Participate in projects aimed to improve overall sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Pre-Requisites :

Experience: 2+ years in sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and database management systems.Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Sales Analytics Tools: Experience with sales analytics tools and reporting platforms is a plus.Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices is preferred.Language Skills: Fluent German and English skills are required.Passion for Gaming: Preference for candidates with a passion for gaming.
