**Product Owner (M/F/x) Technical and Customer Support**

In unserer IT gestalten Sie aktiv die digitale Transformation in der Landwirtschaft mit - eine systemrelevante Herausforderung. Der Product Owner (PO) ist eine der wichtigsten operativen Rollen innerhalb eines digitalen Produktteams. Der PO ist dafür verantwortlich, den vom Team gelieferten Wert zu maximieren und sicherzustellen, dass das Team Backlog auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden und Stakeholder abgestimmt ist. Als Mitglied der erweiterten Produktmanagementfunktion ist der PO der wichtigste Kundenvertreter des Teams und die wichtigste Verbindung zur Geschäfts
- und Technologiestrategie. Auf diese Weise kann das Team die Bedürfnisse mehrerer Interessengruppen ausgleichen und gleichzeitig die Lösung kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.

Der PO spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der Qualitätskontrolle und ist das einzige Teammitglied, das befugt ist, User Stories als erledigt zu definieren.

**Das können Sie erwarten**
- Sie leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Vision und Roadmap eines Produktes
- Sie priorisieren eigenverantwortlich die Produkt Backlogs
- Sie verantworten den gesamten Release-Plan
- Sie sind zentrale Anlaufstelle zur Kommunikation des Produktes
- Sie erstellen eigenverantwortlich die die Planung und passen User Stories an die definierten Anforderungen an
- Sie bereiten die Produkteinführungen/-releases vor
- Sie übernehmen die Leitung agiler Projektschritte

**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in der Informatik, des Ingenieurwesen oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 3-7 Jahre)
- Fähigkeit, Fragen von Entwicklern zu beantworten und Anforderungen zu bestimmen
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Pro aktive Gestaltung der einzelnen Prozessschritte

- Ausgeprägtes analytisches, ganzheitliches und konzeptionelles Denken
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, mit IT-Abteilungen und allen Managementebenen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Erfolgreiche Einflussnahme auf verschiedene Gruppen und Teams in einem komplexen Umfeld
- Selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
- Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (z.B. SAFe) sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in einem globalen Unternehmen ist ein Plus
