**Wir suchen für unser Campaign Success Team eine**: n Head of Campaign Excellence (gn).

Du berichtest in dieser Funktion an den Director Campaign & Monetization und leitest das Team Campaign Excellence, bestehend aus Ad Managern und Media Managern. Mit deinem Team verantwortest du die vollständige technische sowie kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung von Auftragsbestätigung, über technische Einbuchung, Kampagnenoptimierung und revisionssicherer kaufmännischer Abrechnung.

Du entwickelst das Team prozessual sowie inhaltlich weiter und förderst das Selbstverständnis der Team-Mitglieder als Kampagnen‐Erfolgsmanager im After-Sales-Prozess. Dabei schaffst du es das Team eng mit relevanten Sales Ansprechpartnern zu verzahnen, um eine ganzheitliche Agenturbetreuung sicherzustellen. Damit überzeugen wir dich:
Verantwortung über den gesamten Auftragsprozess von Bestätigung, Beauftragung, Auftragserfüllung, Kampagnenkontrolle und -Optimierung bis hin zur Abrechnung

Sicherstellung optimaler Prozesse innerhalb des Bereichs und mit relevanten Schnittstellenteams wie z.B. Sales, Content Marketing, Programmatic, Data, Produkt sowie Technology

Koordination und Gewährleistung von revisionssicheren kaufmännischen Prozessen aller Auftragseinbuchungen und Abrechnungen

Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Prozessverbesserungen innerhalb deines Verantwortungsbereichs in Abstimmung mit Lead Brand Management sowie deren Umsetzung hin zu mehr Automatisierung

Vorantreiben und Umsetzung eines gesteigerten Services im operativen Betrieb entsprechend der Ziele unserer Kunden und Mandanten

Aktive Mitarbeit in relevanten Marktgremien (agma, BVDW, OVK)

**Damit überzeugst du uns**:
Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Ökonomie, Kommunikationswissenschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

Du verfügst über erste Führungserfahrung im digitalen Marketing und idealerweise im Bereich Campaign Management

Kaufmännische Abhängigkeiten und Prozesse sind dir vertraut sowie der Umgang mit gängigen kaufmännischen und CRM-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Salesforce)

Du pflegst einen teamorientierten Führungsstil und besitzt eine hohe soziale Kompetenz mit Begeisterungs
- und Motivationsfähigkeit mit dem Ziel die Mitarbeiter: innen zu mehr Eigenverantwortung zu befähigen

Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit einer zielorientierten und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
