**Why this is your opportunity**:
Als Legal Counsel bist du die treibende Kraft bei der Entwicklung einer soliden internationalen Compliance Strategie für unsere Platform. Gemeinsam mit deinen Ideen für Compliance Modelle revolutionieren wir den Arbeitsmarkt.
- Strategie Entwicklung - gestalte maßgeblich die Entwicklung unserer langfristigen Compliance Strategie für den deutschen Markt und baue somit das Fundament für einen schnellen Markteintritt in den gesamten europäischen Markt
- Beratung bei rechtlichen Themen - übernehme Verantwortung bei der Analyse und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen in Bezug auf unser Compliance Produkt und unterstütze das Team mit fachlicher juristischer Beratung
- Erschaffen einer flexiblen & hybriden Arbeitswelt - agiere als Fachperson für Compliance Themen in einer hybriden Arbeitswelt und unterstütze charly bei der Positionierung als Experte auf dem Markt
- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit - arbeite mit anderen Bereichen (Product, Sales, Marketing) zusammen um ein allumfassendes Produkt zu entwickeln
**Why we'll love you**:
- Volljurist:in, 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder Rechtsberatung (idealerweise mit Fokus auf Arbeitsrecht)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, europäische Arbeitserlaubnis
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im (europäischen) Arbeitsrecht, gutes Verständnis für Risiko
- und Compliance Themen, die die moderne Arbeitswelt betreffen
- Deine Persönlichkeit besticht durch eine strategische Herangehensweise an komplexe Themen, eine beständige Leidenschaft für Herausforderungen, klarer Kommunikation und kreativen Ansätzen um Lösungen zu entwickeln
