Talent Acquisition Specialist (d/f/m) - DHL Consulting

DHL Consulting's head office in Bonn is home to approx. 100 colleagues from 30 different countries.
**What you'll do**:
Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, universities, student organizations, and other providers aligned with our strategic targets.
Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruiting and employer branding events, both virtually and in-person, serving as the contact person for prospects and converting them into applicants.
Monitor and evaluate sourcing trends and recruiting key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness and quality of our recruitment processes.
Contribute to recruiting projects aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes when needed.
**Qualifications**:
University degree, ideally in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Marketing, Recruiting, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, gained at a consultancy, executive search firm, or corporate recruiting function, with a focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring highly talented individuals.
Proficiency in relevant tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Avature), MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Affinity for reports, data, and systems, with an eagerness to learn system configurations and design data analytics approaches.
Strong knowledge of marketplace trends and recruiting processes.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); fluency in German is a plus.
International experience is desired.
