Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding at Wayfair is responsible for increasing Wayfair’s revenue by identifying, approaching and onboarding new suppliers. This is your opportunity to join our fast-paced and talented team on our mission to conquer the European market by adding the most promising industry suppliers from countries all over the continent. We are at the forefront when it comes to expanding Wayfair’s selection and we constantly seek new business opportunities within our chosen product categories and markets.

The role provides a mix of sales, business analysis and strategy design and implementation. We achieve our goals through meticulous planning, process improvement and execution focus.

What You'll Do
- Work within a dynamic, motivated and driven team based in Berlin - own your categories regarding acquisition and onboarding and contribute to the company’s ambitious growth targets
- Contact suppliers to pitch the opportunity of partnering with Wayfair
- Cultivate business relationships, and create solutions as you build your lead pipeline
- Negotiate optimal supplier agreements to drive mutually beneficial business relationships with new suppliers
- Attend trade shows and supplier meetings
- Establishment and maintenance of effective professional relationships to gain trust, buy-in, and respect with business partners
- Use data to analyze and interpret your categories’ and suppliers’ landscape
- Competitor and market trend knowledge to make strategic acquisition decisions
- Adapt quickly to change and with a positive spirit

What You'll Need
- You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- You are fluent in English & German (min. C1), written and spoken
- You have at least 1 year of professional experience in sales or eCommerce and a proven track record of reaching or exceeding your targets
- You have demonstrated success in building business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You have previously demonstrated the ability to lead successful commercial and contractual negotiations
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on commercial experience
- You are comfortable in a technology-driven, numbers-oriented business environment
- You have demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- You have a strong process orientation and have an efficient and self-organized way of working
