**Your tasks**
- Process development and commissioning of new machines and plants
- Testing and optimization of prototypes
- Practical implementation of tasks and projects
- Design and adapt individual parts and assemblies, taking into account functional and installation aspects. Developing constructive solutions in a team. Making decisions together.
- Planning and preparing individual parts and assemblies for tests, together with subsequent test execution.
- Introduction of equipment and process improvements in production with subsequent support phase
- Instruction and initial training of employees (M/F/d) on prototypes

**Your qualifications**:

- Technical training in industrial mechanics or mechatronics as well as equivalent advanced training as a technician (M/F/d).
- Ideally professional experience in the field of component assembly and production
- Distinct technical understanding as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with new complex issues
- Pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation, ability to work in a team as well as innovation and implementation skills
- Independent, cooperative and result-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel internationally
