**Verantwortlichkeiten der Position**:
Der Training Associate ist verantwortlich für die Schulung von erfahrenen (Cross Training) und neuen (New Hires) Produktionsmitarbeitern in allen Aspekten der Montage, Inspektion und Prüfung von hochwertigen medizinischen Geräten.

**Wichtigste Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**:

- Schulung von Produktionsmitarbeitern für den Zusammenbau von Kunststoff
- und Metallkomponenten zu medizinischen Geräten gemäß den genehmigten Herstellungsverfahren
- Schulung von Produktionsmitarbeitern in der Durchführung von prozessbegleitenden Qualitätskontrollen an Unterbaugruppen und Fertigprodukten
- Schulung von Produktionsmitarbeitern im Umgang mit kleinen Handwerkzeugen, kalibrierten Instrumenten, Messgeräten, Mikroskopen und Prüfvorrichtungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Ermittlung von Schulungsmöglichkeiten und der Erarbeitung von Lösungen und deren Planung
- Teilnahme an Besprechungen des Trainer Teams und der Produktion
- Routinebeurteilungen von Produktionsmitarbeitern zur Sicherstellung von Kenntnissen, der Einhaltung von Verfahren und Überwachung von kritischen Prozessen (PiT, PM)
- Planung und Koordination von Prozessabnahmen und Erstellung von Trainingsdokumentationen
- Verfolgung und Überwachung der Schulungsmatrix und proaktive Planung von Schulungen
- Unterstützung der Vorgesetzten bei der Erkennung und Beseitigung von Schulungshindernissen
- Aufrechterhaltung der Reinraumregularien durch Anwendung und Schulung von Mitarbeitern in Bezug auf Hygiene, Umkleiden, Sicherheit und gute Herstellungspraktiken (GMP)
- Mit gutem Beispiel vorangehen und die allgemeinen Sicherheitsregeln, Herstellungsverfahren, Unternehmensrichtlinien und -verfahren, QSR (Quality System Regulation 21 CFR 820) und FDA-Vorschriften einhalten
- Einsatz und Entwicklung von Schulungsmethoden wie Training Within Industry (TWI), Scorecards und Videos
- Fähigkeit zur Anpassung des Schulungsstils an die Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer
- Verantwortlich für die Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsingenieuren, um Fertigungsprobleme proaktiv zu erkennen, zu analysieren, zu schulen und umzuschulen, um Yield (Ausbeute) zu optimieren und Touch Time (Bearbeitungszeit) zu reduzieren
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte, um Feedback an die Ingenieure zu geben
- Grundlagen über die Produktentwicklung für Mitarbeiter und Besucher von Abiomed
- Teilnahme und Unterstützung der allgemeinen Einführungsschulung (NEO) für neue Mitarbeiter
- Unterstützung der Auslieferung von DEMO Pumpen
- Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung zur Ausführung der Trainings

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifikationen**:

- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten als JI Trainer (TWI) oder Pate
- Überdurchschnittliche Fähigkeiten in einer Vielzahl von Abiomed-Herstellungsprozessen im Bereich Pre-Assembly
- Bereitschaft zur Anpassung und Unterstützung eines sich schnell verändernden Umfelds
- Flexibilität, um je nach Bedarf schichtübergreifend zu arbeiten
- Bereitschaft, neue Fertigungsprozesse zu erlernen
- Eigenmotivation und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten, um persönliche und organisatorische Ziele zu erreichen
- Möglichst Englisch Kenntnisse oder Bereitschaft zu erlernen (lesen, schreiben, sprechen)
- Fähigkeit, grundlegende mathematische Kenntnisse anzuwenden
- Rechtzeitige Erledigung von Aufgaben unter allgemeiner Aufsicht.
- Computerkenntnisse und SAP Erfahrungen erforderlich
- Arbeitskenntnisse in Microsoft Office erwünscht
