**A Snapshot of Your Day**

The Cyber Compliance and Technology Governance expert ensures the organization’s compliance with key regulations, including the EU Data Act and EU AI Act, while managing the implementation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS). This role bridges compliance, security governance, and ethical use of data and AI systems, supporting the organization’s broader strategic goals.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Lead the establishment, implementation, and ongoing management of the ISMS in compliance with ISO 27001, ensuring robust security governance across the organization.
- Maintaining the ISMS risk register and supporting risk analyses / assessments
- Conducting monthly ISMS status meetings and quarterly ISMS info meetings with managers and ISMS contacts
- Develop and enforce governance policies for data-sharing obligations under the EU Data Act, ensuring secure and legally compliant data access and exchange.
- Ensure compliance with EU AI Act requirements, including risk classifications, transparency standards, and ethical considerations for AI systems.
- Create and maintain policies and procedures integrating ISMS, data governance, and AI compliance into organizational processes.
- Stay informed on evolving regulations, aligning organizational strategies with updates to the EU Data Act, EU AI Act, and other compliance frameworks.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote awareness of compliance requirements, ISMS protocols, and ethical AI practices across the organization.

**What You Bring**
- Master’s degree or equivalent in information technology, Cybersecurity, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience implementing ISMS (ISO 27001 certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ISO27001, NIST, EU Data Act, EU AI Act, and GDPR compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with AI governance and ethical considerations.
- Excellent communication, policy development, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
