**Your role**:

- You identify and evaluate new market opportunities for the development of business areas.
- You assist in the conception and implementation of business models and strategies.
- You conduct market and competitive analyses to support strategic decisions.
- You collaborate on the creation and refinement of business plans and presentation materials.
- You participate in internal strategy meetings and external networking events.
- You cooperate with teams from strategy development and product management in developing new product ideas and services.
- You support in the preparation and follow-up of workshops, including the documentation and evaluation of results.
- You monitor trends in the smart city sector and derive recommendations for action.
- You contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies.
- You maintain and expand CRM databases and support customer acquisition.
- You create reports and decision templates for the management.

**Your profile**:

- ** Experience** - You are enrolled in a degree program in business administration, industrial engineering, urban planning, or a related field with a keen interest in smart cities and technological innovations. Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in business development or in strategic projects.
- ** Skills** - You have a good understanding of market analysis and business strategies. Furthermore, you are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to analyse data and create presentations.
- ** Methodology** - You are familiar with project management methods and can effectively use modern collaboration and documentation tools. You are able to manage your time skillfully to advance multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Ethic - You possess strong communication skills and the ability to present complex matters in an understandable and target group-oriented manner.
- ** Mindset** - You are highly motivated to learn new things, show initiative, and enjoy working in a team. You view problems as challenges to be overcome with creative solutions.
- ** Language** - You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in our international work environment.
