Writer for Social Science

**Your role**:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic writer to create engaging scripts for our YouTube channel focusing on Social Science / Geopolitics topics. The writer will be responsible for ideating topic ideas, and writing scripts for both long-form and short-form videos.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop engaging topic ideas for the Social Science/ Geopolitics YouTube channel
- Write high-quality scripts for both long-form and short-form videos
- Collaborate with the video production team to ensure scripts align with the overall vision for the channel
- Research and fact-check information before including in scripts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Social Science and Politics topics
- Ensure all scripts meet channel standards for quality, accuracy, and entertainment value
- Revise and update scripts as needed based on feedback from the team
**What you add to our crew**:
- A strong interest in Social Sciences and Geopolitics
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write engaging and entertaining scripts
- A keen attention to detail, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to visualize scripts for video production
- A willingness to take feedback and make revisions as needed
- A desire to continuously improve and learn about new developments in the industry
- A proven track record of writing for video production is a plus
