**Introduction**

Carnival Maritime GmbH is part of Carnival Corporation and serves the brands of AIDA Cruises and Costa Crociere as their marine service unit. The company bundles marine operation competencies and best practices providing the highest safety, health, environmental and compliance standards for cruising.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Monitor and control the Technical Projects portfolio. Maintenance of respective data, documentation and reporting
- Oversee and regulate project progress, and provide project management support to Project Managers in reviewing KPI’s and providing support for reporting to all stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks (e.g. compilation of reports, administration and preparation of regular meetings, maintenance of documentation, PPE administration, SharePoint administration)
- Support of project managers in administering projects (e.g. supplier coordination, arrangement of business travels, finance and procurements process)

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor in business administration or engineering entailing project management and controlling
- First professional experience in ship technology (e.g. yard) or operations (e.g. ship manager) and project management, preferably of ship technical projects
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential Very good knowledge of the English language (English is our company language)
