**Your role**
As Controller Management Support Functions (d/f/m) - Experienced Professional you will be part of the Management Support Functions & HR Controlling team in the rapidly growing Offshore Wind Business. The team contributes to ensure that the Offshore Management Support Functions achieve their financial targets in an international and fast-paced business environment. Furthermore, the team is responsible for HR Controlling - especially HR Planning and Reporting - for the whole Offshore Wind organization.
**Your future plans**
- Be the Business Partner for Senior Management (Directors)
- Monitor and evaluate cost developments and provide transparency about the actual cost development against budget, mid to long-term financial targets and benchmarks
- Create high quality management reports and ad-hoc analysis for senior management. Your support regarding the presentation of the key results on top management level is also part of your role
- Consolidate the Management Support Function data and commentary for quarterly actual reporting, forecasting and planning
- Coordinate, conduct and optimize the mid-term planning and forecasting processes for Management Support Functions globally across teams, legal entities and countries. You support the further development of the process to consolidate the data
- Review, analyze, comment and challenge planning data provided by the respective departments for the mid-term plan, forecasting and budgeting process
- Maintain and further develop the cost controlling governance, a comprehensive profit/cost center framework as well as an increased accuracy of cost allocations
- Support the ongoing S/4 implementation across the Offshore Wind organization, also for new legal entities in different markets
- Contribute to the global Offshore growth plan by support business cases and long term strategic initiatives with respect to overhead and Support Function requirements
- Assist with the further improvement of the quality and digitalization of regular management reporting and Controlling processes
- Act as the interface to different stakeholders in Controlling, Finance and Business Function on various controlling topics
**Your profile**
- Moreover, you score points with several years of experience in Business, Financial or Cost Controlling
- Your team working skills can be described as excellent. This includes your contribution to a motivating team environment
- We can count on your very good numerical as well as analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data and information in a structured manner
- Using your very good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) in daily business is self-evident for you. Moreover, you have advanced knowledge in working with SAP and information management systems. Experience in MS Power Query and PowerBI is beneficial
- Your comprehensive business knowledge covers the energy industry and commercials/financial. In this context, you have a clear desire to expand your knowledge of this market
- Furthermore, you convince us with your strong personal credibility and ability to interact stakeholder-adequate, trustfully and effectively in a global cross-functional environment with stakeholders on all levels. By doing so, you enjoy using your fluent English skills - both written and spoken
- You are self-motivated to drive the business, increase performance and cost awareness. High-quality results are achieved with the help of your hands on mentality
- Others describe you as a person who is self-reflective, able to learn and act on feedback
