In your new role you will:

- Manage and **lead all global change management, communication and training **project team members and activities for the **oneSAP **program
- Guide and govern local CCT leads and business change responsible for each rollout (across all Infineon locations worldwide)
- **Develop and execute change management strategy **and methods for all different sub-projects of oneSAP, in **close alignment with the global track leads**:

- Own and drive the oneSAP CCT toolbox to **ensure that the right methods for change management, communication and training are selected **for each roll-out project
- Moderate and shape the global oneSAP change community and individual ensure change teams
- Represent oneSAP Change Management, communication and training in steering team and **leadership alignment meetings**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Communications, Management, Social Sciences **, or a similar field; **MBA **is a plus
- At least **8 years of work experience **in the field of change, communication, training
- Solid **people management skills **; experience in successfully **managing project teams**:

- Change management experience in context of **SAP S/4 HANA implementations **is a plus
- A high level of **resilience and multitasking capabilities **as well as a high degree of time management, organization and problem-solving
- Excellent **analytical and communication skills**:

- **Excellent proficiency in English and German **, spoken and written
