**Deine Aufgaben, die dabei helfen, die Logistikbranche nachhaltiger zu machen**:
Als Project Lead (m/w/d) for Sustainable Logistics bist du verantwortlich für die Modernisierung und Beschleunigung unserer Waggoninspektionsprozesse. Deine Hauptaufgabe ist die Koordination und Leitung des Projekts zur Automatisierung der Waggoninspektion an den Standorten Kaldenkirchen, Calais und Domodossola. Dabei liegt der Fokus auf folgenden Aufgabenschwerpunkten:

- Als Project Lead eines umfassenden Projektplans, sorgst du für eine nahtlose Einführung unseres automatisierten Waggoninspektionsprozesses.
- Als Wegbereiter:in für Veränderungen erarbeitest du Richtlinien, Verfahren und Standards, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Waggoninspektionsprozesses zu ermöglichen.
- Deine Verantwortung geht über die bloße Durchführung hinaus: Du steuerst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Sicherheitsvorschriften im Rahmen des Inspektionsprozesses, um einen zuverlässigen Prozess zu gewährleisten.
- Du überwachst und kontrollierst den Projektfortschritt, einschließlich Zeitplanung, Ressourcenzuweisung und Budgetverwaltung, und identifizierst Einsparungsmöglichkeiten, um die Rentabilität des Projekts sicherzustellen.
- Du gewährleistest eine effektive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beteiligten Teams und Stakeholdern, um einen reibungslosen Prozess sicherzustellen.
- Du identifizierst und behebst Probleme, die den Projektfortschritt beeinträchtigen könnten und trägst damit effektiv zum Fortschritt bei.
- Durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Teams stellst du eine erfolgreiche Integration und Anwendung der automatisierten Inspektionsprozesse in den operativen Betrieb der CargoBeamer-Terminals sicher.

- Du solltest ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet vorweisen können.
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Leitung technischer Projekte.
- Du verfügst über ein grundlegende technisches Verständnis idealerweise hattest du bereits Berührungspunkte mit Sensorik und Überwachungstechnologien.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, priorisierst proaktiv und löst Probleme eigenständig.
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit sind herausragend, du arbeitest nahtlos mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich.
