Workday Financials Specialist

**Introduction to the Position**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Financials Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team in Germany.

Our client has been using Workday Financials for several years, resulting in a stable and efficient financial environment.

As part of their strategic initiative to build an in-house team of Workday Financials specialists, they are looking to add a talented individual with expertise in either Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within the Workday Financials platform.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday Financials solutions.

Configure and maintain Workday Financials modules according to business needs, focusing on either Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training as needed to enhance system adoption and proficiency.

Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.

Stay informed about Workday updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance system functionality and drive business value.

**Desired Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Proven experience working with Workday Financials, with a focus on either Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.

Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Workday Financials modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a customer-centric mindset.
