The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. Acting with integrity and compliance with rules in accordance with our values and standards is particularly important to us. **How you will CELLebrate**
- Carrying out of risk management processes (RMS)
- Participating in the implementation of the processes of the internal control system (ICS) and business continuity management (BCM)
- Consulting the business areas on RMS/ICS/BCM
- Conducting training and information events on RMS/ICS/BCM
- Participating in the preparation of reports
- Participating in the preparation and maintenance of guidelines
**What you need for our CELLebration**
- University degree in economics, preferably initial professional experience or a comparable qualification level
- Good knowledge and experience in dealing with RMS/ICS/BCM topics and their implementation
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Powerpoint and Excel) and MS PowerApps (especially PowerBI), MS Sharepoint
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Analytical skills as well as structured and conscientious work
- Ability to work in a team, empathy and strong communication skills
