**How you will CELLebrate**
- Development, definition and implementation of ESS quality management
- Establishment and certification of the ESS quality management system
- Integration of other management system requirements, e.g. sustainability, health & safety, energy management, PCMS, compliance and other governance requirements
- Planning, preparation and participation in ISO 9001 certification audits
- Creation and review of business processes from a QM perspective
- Assuming the role of Quality Management Representative (QMB) in the ESS division

**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Successfully completed (technical) university studies in the fields of engineering, business administration or comparable training
- Relevant professional experience in quality management
- Experience in the battery/automotive/energy industry
- Well organized and structured way of working
- Auditor or management representative according to DIN EN ISO 9001
- Experience in the field of battery cells and energy storage systems
