Wir suchen nach einer/einem **Junior Legal Counsel (f/m/d)** um unser neu aufgestelltes Legal Team der wefox Germany GmbH zu unterstützen.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du bearbeitest selbständig Fragestellungen im Bereich des Versicherungs
- und Versicherungsaufsichtsrechts sowie des Vertriebsrechts für die in Deutschland tätigen Unternehmen und Niederlassungen der wefox-Gruppe
- Du wirkst mit bei der Erstellung und Prüfung von Verträgen mit Versicherungsvermittlern und Versicherungsunternehmen
- Du unterstützt das Management und die Fachbereiche in allen Rechtsfragen
- Du beobachtest die Fortentwicklung der deutschen und europäischen Gesetzgebung und Rechtsprechung und passt unsere Prozesse, Dokumente sowie unseren Außenauftritt selbständig an sich ändernde Erfordernisse an
- Du pflegst die juristische Datenbank und Dokumentenablage

**Dein Profil**
- Dein Studium als Jurist oder Wirtschaftsjurist (FH) hast du mit überdurchschnittlichen Ergebnissen abgeschlossen und hast bereits mehr als 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- idealerweise konntest du bei einem Versicherer oder Versicherungsvermittler einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsabteilung sammeln
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und Englisch beherrscht du fließend (mind. C1 Sprachniveau)
- Know-how und Erfahrung im Bereich Datenschutz sind von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über die Fähigkeit, dich in einem schnell getakteten professionellen Umfeld zu behaupte
