Director Qms

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Further development of the management systems in the company (related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and, if necessary, other management systems)
- Planning, conducting and documenting audits to monitor compliance with ISO standards and guidelines, follow-up and initiation of appropriate measures to address any weaknesses, planning and supporting external energy and upcoming CSR audits
- Planning activities and implementing environmental, social and governance (ESG) measures
- Coordination of all ESG activities with the parent company's Sustainability Platform (SX-PF)
- Advising and supporting management and all departments in meeting legal obligations and group-wide ESG requirements
- Reporting for internal and external stakeholders on ESG topics (e.g. declarations, disclosures, fulfilment of EU and group-wide reporting obligations)
- Nominated CBAM Officer

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability/environmental management or equivalent professional training with practical experience
- Proven qualification as an officer for management systems, in-depth knowledge of ISO standards and requirements
- Proven qualification as an internal auditor (ISO 19011)
- Proven at least 5 years of professional experience in environmental and sustainability management
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of calculation methods for energy and emissions data
- Proven at least 5 years of professional experience in connection with improvement measures and projects in all company departments and functional, cross-divisional and cross-cultural project teams
- In-depth experience in handling various software systems such as databases, data analysis tools, Microsoft Office, document management systems, Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Team player with exemplary behavior
- Communication skills and conflict resolution in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong risk awareness regarding legal and quality-related requirements
- Experience in an international working environment
- Fluent in German and English
