**Quality Assurance Certificate Office Specialist (d/m/w)**:
Der Einsatzort wird vorerst Langenhagen sein, wird aber mittelfristig in das neu entstehende Base Maintenance Service Center in Wunstorf verlegt. In Wunstorf befindet sich das Wartungs
- und Servicecenter für das weltweit vielseitigste Transportflugzeug A400M. Durch den Service und fortlaufende Anpassung an die Kundenbedürfnisse wird der sichere, zuverlässige und wirtschaftliche Betrieb der deutschen A400M Flotte gewährleistet. Als Teil des Teams Airbus Quality Service Support wird Ihr neues Tätigkeitsfeld vorrangig in der Unterstützung der Materialversorgung für den deutschen Kunden liegen.

**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Auswerten, Überwachen und Fortschreiben des Luftfahrzeug (Lfz)-Bauzustandes in komplexen Datenbanken
- Erstellen und Fortschreiben der Lfz
- Dokumentation (z.B. Lebenslaufakten) bei Instandsetzungs
- und Modifikationsprogrammen
- vorgestellte Teile als Kundenvertreter qualifiziert annehmen sowie das Erstellen und Freigeben der zum Nachweis der Verkehrssicherheit erforderlichen Dokumentation
- Abstimmen und Koordinieren der Lfz-Dokumentation mit internen und externen Stellen (z.B. Luftwaffenverbänden, Auftraggeber, Auftragssteuerung)
- Gestalten und Optimieren von internen Arbeitsprozessen bei der Lfz-Dokumentation
- Klärung von Abweichungen mit den zuliefernden Fachbereichen und mit dem Kunden

**Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachwirt / Techniker (z.B. Flugzeugwartung, Luftfahrttechnik oder vergleichbar) oder eine abgeschlossene fachbezogene technische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender signifikanter Berufserfahrung
- Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrtbranche oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld, vorzugsweise im Qualitätsmanagement, mit Erfahrung im Lager-, Produktions
- oder Wartungsbereich
- Starkes Standing vor Kunden, Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungssicherheit
- Teamgeist und Freude in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
