Sie sind zuständig für die Wahrnehmung aller Belange der Informationssicherheit innerhalb des Unternehmens und verantwortlich für die Initiierung, Steuerung, Überwachung, Messung und Optimierung des Informationssicherheitsmanagement-Systems (ISMS). Dabei wahren Sie die Konformität des Sicherheitsprozesses gemäß ISO/IEC 27001 und berichten direkt an den Chief Financial Officer.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Planung der Informationssicherheit, u.a. Identifizierung der Informationssicherheits-Assets und der damit verbundenen Risiken. Initiierung, Koordination und Eskalation von Untersuchungen beim Auftreten von Sicherheitsvorfällen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung eines Riskobehandlungsplans sowie Überwachung der beschlossenen Umsetzungsmaßnahmen, darüber hinaus Initiierung, Erstellung und Pflege von Richtlinien (Policies) zur Informationssicherheit
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs, Bid Management und Einkaufs mittels Review von Verträgen zu allen Aspekten der Informationssicherheit.
- Beratung und Coaching aller Mitarbeiter in allen Fragen zur Informationssicherheit und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von technischen und organisatorischen Maßnahmen
- Integration der Informationssicherheitsaspekte in die kaufmännischen Abläufe und Prozesse des Unternehmens sowie Durchführung von Mitarbeitersensibilisierungen und -trainings
- Erstellung und Pflege eines Auditplans, Durchführung interner und Begleitung externer Audits, kontinuierlicher Kontakt zur Zertifizierungsstelle, kontinuierliche Verbesserung des ISMS sowie Koordination und Abstimmung der Entwicklung des ISMS auf europäischer und globaler Ebene im Konzern
- Unterstützung im Bereich Datenschutz je nach Bedarf
- Gemeinsam mit dem GRC-Team betroffenen Abteilungen Optimierung von GRC Prozessen und Abläufen
- Mitwirkung bei strategischen bereichsübergreifenden Sonderprojekten, z.B. Sicherstellung von Informationssicherheit bei neuen Geschäftsmodellen oder Unternehmens-integrationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Unternehmensbereichen

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Eine Auditoren-Zertifizierung gemäß ISO 27001 oder eine andere adäquate Zertifizierung
- Erfahrung mit SOC 2 Type II
- Erfahrung im Bereich Business Continuity Management, wenn möglich mit einer BS25999- bzw. ISO22301-Zertifizierung
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Datenschutz sowie im Prozessmanagement in Verbindung mit kaufmännischen Abläufen
- Strukturiertes und systematisches Vorgehen verbunden mit einer sehr sorgfältigen und genauen Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Feedbackqualität und Termintreue
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten im Dialog mit Kunden und Partnern sowie auch bei der Durchführung von Workshops, Coachings und Präsentationen
- Fließende Deutsch
- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
