Information Security Officer / Informationssicherheitsbeauftragter Frankfurt to €90,000

As an Information Security Officer you will be the European point of contact for all security related requirements related to regulatory compliance and governance. You'll create, update and maintain security concepts, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines within an ISO 27001 environment, staying up to date with relevant European regulations, laws and standards bodies. Responsibilities will also include organising, supporting and implementing internal and external IT security audits, supporting risk classification and security for 3rd party suppliers and seeking continuous improvement.


Location:

You'll join colleagues in a professional environment in great offices based in Frankfurt on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday).


About you:

  • You are degree educated in Business, Technology, Information Security
  • You have an indepth understanding of Information Security and experience of writing policy, procedures, standards and guidelines documentation
  • You have a good understanding of ISO 27001 and security requirements and controls relating to regulatory, compliance and standards necessary for financial institutions in Europe (e.g. BAFIN oversight)
  • You have fluent German and English language skills
