Das Taxfix-Team, mit Büros in Berlin und Madrid, versteht sich als Gruppe einfühlsamer Problemlöser*innen, die Ideen offen ausspricht und lebhaft miteinander diskutiert. Mit mehr als 500 Teammitgliedern aus über 60 Nationen sind wir reich an vielfältigen Stimmen und Ideen. In fünf Jahren konnten wir mehr als 300 Millionen Euro an Finanzierungsmitteln gewinnen und gleichzeitig vielen Menschen dabei helfen, mehr als 1 Milliarde Euro als Steuererstattungen vom Finanzamt zurückzuholen.

**Deine Rolle**:
In dieser strategischen und einflussreichen Position, die an unsere VP of Customer Success & Operations berichtet, wirst du unsere Strategie für den operativen Bereich der Steuererklärung voranbringen. Du wirst ein leistungsstarkes und flexibles Team von Steuerexperten aufbauen und leiten, effektive Arbeitsabläufe und Strukturen festlegen und eine Kultur der Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung etablieren um unsere wachsende Nachfrage nach Produkten für die unterstützende Steuererklärung bestmöglich zu bedienen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du verantwortet den Aufbau und die Führung einer flexiblen und schlanken Organisation mit bis zu 50 Mitarbeitenden, die unser saisonales Geschäft mit einem hohen Qualitätsstandard bewältigt.
- Du stellst eine hohe Servicequalität sowie Personalstrategie und Teamkultur sicher, um kosteneffizient Umsatz, Loyalität und Weiterempfehlungen zu steigern.
- Du legst größten Wert auf exzellente Prozesse und entwickelst eine Strategie, um Abläufe im Team zu verbessern sowie die Produktivität zu steigern und wirkungsvolle Ergebnisse in einem Zeitraum von 12-14 Monaten zu erzielen.
- Du verfügst über ein tiefgreifenden Verständnis für Effizienz
- und Kundenprobleme und findest Lösungen, die auch von anderen Taxfix Teams umgesetzt werden.
- In deiner Rolle planst und verwaltest du ein 7-stelliges Abteilungsbudget, um die kommerziellen Ziele zu erreichen.
- Du bist Vorreiter*in in Sachen Innovation und Best Practices im Bereich Steuerdienstleistungen und -abläufe und setzt das um, was für Taxfix passend ist.
- Du fungierst als Vordenker*in innerhalb deiner Abteilung und bei Stakeholdern im gesamten Unternehmen, wenn es darum geht, unsere Kund*innen auf qualitativ hochwertige und kosteneffiziente Weise zu unterstützen.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bringst mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Führung von Teams in operativen Funktionen mit (z.B. im Customer Service, in einer Steuerkanzlei, oder einer Business Operations Funktion).
- Du hast Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld.
- Du besitzt eine starke Erfolgsbilanz bei der Lösung von Geschäftsproblemen, um den Kundennutzen zu steigern.
- Du bist pragmatisch, ergebnisorientiert und nutzt Daten, um Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Du bist eine Führungspersönlichkeit und motivierst und inspirierst deine Teammitglieder und Kolleg*innen durch hervorragende Projektmanagement
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Du hast Lust dich weiterzuentwickeln und Herausforderungen anzunehmen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
- Für diese Rolle ist es erforderlich, an mindestens einem Tag pro Woche in unserem brandneuen Berliner Büro anwesend zu sein.
