Das Institut für Klinische Pathologie sucht eine*n

**Data Scientist / Informatiker*in / Bioinformatiker*in **(m/w/d)**:

- Das sehr leistungsstarke, akkreditierte Institut bietet den Fachabteilungen unseres Klinikums sowie externen Partner*innen ein maximales Untersuchungsspektrum im Fachgebiet Pathologie.- Das Institut will den Bereich der Digitalen Pathologie und Datenintegration verstärken. Hierzu zählt insbesondere die automatisierbare Auswertung von Bilddaten der Histomorphologie und Immunohistochemie, u.a. mit Methoden der Künstlichen Intelligenz. Ein weiteres Interessensgebiet ist die Integration und Quervernetzung von histomorphologischen mit OMICs-basierten molekularpathologischen Daten aus unseren Laboren. Ferner stehen Ansätze des Text-Mining und der Weiterentwicklung strukturierter Befunde im Fokus.- Die Projekte sind angesiedelt im Bereich der translationalen Forschung mit hohem und zeitnahem Anwendungspotenzial.- Das Institut verfügt u.a. über Hochleistungs-Scanner für mikroskopische Schnitte, moderne genomische und proteomische Plattformen und eine leistungsstarke IT-Infrastruktur mit diagnostischem Labor
- und Befundungssystem. Eine produktive Vernetzung mit den bioinformatisch Forschenden der verschiedenen Forschungslabore des Instituts ist erwünscht.**Wir bieten Ihnen**:

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Forschung und (Weiter-)Entwicklung einzelner oder mehrerer der o.g. Themen
- Etablierung und Validierung von bioinformatorischen Auswerteverfahren und Ergebnisvisualisierungen sowie deren Integration in IT-Strukturen (z.B. Datenbanken)
- Mitwirkung bei der Erprobung von innovativen histomorphologischen, molekularen und proteomischen Analyseverfahren
- Mitwirkung in Konsortialverbünden (z.B. nationales Netzwerk Genomische Medizin, Zentrum für Personalisierte Medizin)
- wissenschaftliche Zusammenfassung und Auswertung von Ergebnissen in Forschungsprojekten mit Erstellung von Präsentationen und Publikationen

**Sie überzeugen durch**:

- ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches, medizinisches, pharmazeutisches oder Informatik/Bioinformatik oder mathematisch-physikalisches Hochschulstudium; idealerweise mit Promotion
- Erfahrung mit Algorithmen der Künstlichen Intelligenz, insbesondere im Bereich der Bilderkennung
- Erfahrung mit Datenbank-Strukturen ist ein Bonus
- Erfahrung zum Text-Mining ist ein Bonus
- selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Engagement und Verantwortungsbereitschaft, eine hohe Motivation sowie Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
