**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Sie leiten und verwalten die Instandhaltungsorganisation der Site NRW, einschließlich Sicherheit, Produktion, Umwelt, Qualität, Kosten und Personalressourcen
- Sicherstellung einer optimalen und kostenbewussten Instandhaltungsorganisation, um eine zuverlässige und robuste Produktion innerhalb vergleichbarer industrieller Benchmarks zu erreichen
- Sie stellen sicher, dass angemessene Systeme, Prozesse, Dokumente und Verfahren zur Unterstützung und Verbesserung der Produktion vorhanden sind, die mit den besten Praktiken in der Branche verglichen werden
- Verantwortlich für die Durchführung genehmigter Instandhaltungsprojekte in Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Produktion und Site Engineering
- Einhaltung der höchsten Gesundheits-, Sicherheits
- und Umweltstandards sowie stetige Verbesserung der Sicherheits
- und Housekeeping Leistungen, um einen verletzungsfreien und sauberen Arbeitsplatz zu schaffen
- Leitung der Organisation für Anlagenintegrität und -zuverlässigkeit zur Sicherstellung höchster Anlagenleistung, um kurz
- und langfristige Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu gewährleisten
- Als aktives Mitglied des Standortleitungsteams fördern und tragen Sie zu engagierten Verbesserungsinitiativen in den Bereichen Sicherheit - Mitarbeiter - Service - Kosten bei, die sich auf die Leistung und den Ruf des gesamten Werks auswirken
- Demonstration von Führungsqualitäten, Veränderungsmanagement, sozialen Beziehungen und Fähigkeiten zur Einbindung der Belegschaft, um die organisatorische Komplexität effektiv zu bewältigen
**IHR PROFIL**
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium mit Fachrichtung Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau mit verfahrenstechnischem Schwerpunkt
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Umfeld (u.a. Instandhaltung, Produktion)
- Befähigte Person bzgl. Betriebssicherheitsverordnung Gefahrenfeld Druck
- Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein mit Fokus auf Plant Process Safety (PPS)
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr hohe Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Selbstorganisation
- Die kurz
- und langfristigen Herausforderungen beinhalten eine funktionsübergreifende Entscheidungsfindung und erfordern das Vorleben einer Kultur des Vertrauens, der Eigenverantwortung, der Zusammenarbeit und der Initiative zwischen Teams und Abteilungen
