**JOBBESCHREIBUNG**

Das Research Team ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil von THOMAS DAILY und verantwortlich für die Online-Datenbank TD Premium. Unser Informationstool versorgt die Branche mit Nachrichten, Projektdaten, Transaktionen und Marktdaten und bietet unseren Kunden eine wichtige Grundlage für effizientes Arbeiten, fundierte Entscheidungen und letztlich für ein erfolgreiches Geschäft.

Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen am Hauptsitz in **Freiburg** einen Research Advisor (m/w/d), der gern im Team arbeitet, mehr über die Immobilienbranche lernen will und bereit ist, mit uns zu wachsen. Zu Beginn gibt es eine umfassende Einarbeitung, und danach bist du für einen bestimmen Bereich des Produktes zuständig.

Dies ist eine wunderbare Gelegenheit für Studienabsolventen oder jemanden, der sein Talent für Recherche oder Datenmanagement einbringen will und dabei sein Wissen über den Gewerbeimmobilienmarkt in einem weltweit agierenden Unternehmen erweitern möchte. Am Anfang steht eine ausführliche Einführung und anschließen wirst Du für einen bestimmten Bereich des Produkts verantwortlich sein.

**QUALIFIKATIONEN**
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1 Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hochschulabschluss oder Vergleichbares
- Erfahrung in (oder Interesse an) der selbstständigen Recherche von großen Datenmengen
- Aufmerksamkeit für das Detail und Freude am Updaten und Verwalten von Datensätzen
- Gute Kommunikation am Telefon, per E-Mail oder auch Face to Face
- Interesse an Immobilienthemen
- Freude an der Arbeit alleine und im Team und gutes Zeitmanagment
- Gute WORD und Excel-Kenntnisse
