**Voraussetzung Bildungsstand**:

- Ausbildung zum Elektroniker, Industrieelektroniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

**Anforderungen fachlich**:

- Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik
- Kenntnisse in Mechanik
- Kenntnisse in Maschinensteuerung
- Kenntnisse in Softwaresystemen

**Aufgaben / Verantwortung**:

- Eigenständiger Aufbau von Systemen und Maschinen nach Vorgaben der Produktionsplanung
- Vollwertiges Teammitglied TT-Produktion und KANBAN
- Verantwortlich für alle Schritte im KANBAN Prozess (soweit die Stelle betreffend)
- Vorbereitung, Begleitung und ggf. Durchführung von pre-FATs in enger Abstimmung mit System
- und Application-Engineer.
- Begleitung und Durchführung von FATs in enger Abstimmung mit dem Verantwortlichen Validation und Projektmanager
- FAT Nachbereitung nach Vorgabe von Projektmanagement und System Engineering
- Verantwortlich für die korrekte und vollständige Ablage der Maschinendokumente nach Vorgabe und Erstellen der elektronischen Kundendokumente in Abstimmung mit dem Projektleiter
- Vorbereitung der Systeme und Maschinen für den Versand (oder Einlagerung)
- Als qualifizierte Elektrofachkraft:

- Durchführung von (wiederkehrenden) Prüfungen nach DIN EN 60204-1
- Teilnahme an Schulungen zum Erhalt der Qualifizierung
- Aufzeigen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten an Maschinen, Abläufen, Dokumenten und Prozessen
- Weitere Aufgaben können auch übertragen werden
- Selbststudium MIS und Intranet
- Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Vorgaben für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz am Arbeitsplatz
- Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Vorgaben für Arbeitssicherheit «Arbeiten an elektrischen Anlagen»
- Umsetzung und Einhaltung der internen Anweisungen und Regeln
- Umsetzung und Einhaltung der QS-Vorgaben

Job Objectives:
On-time installation of systems and machines.
Jointly responsible for the successful completion of machine acceptances.
Ensure customer satisfaction

Prerequisite Educational background:
Training as an electronics technician, industrial electronics technician, mechatronics technician or comparable qualification.
Requirements technical:
Knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics
Knowledge in mechanics
Knowledge in machine control
Knowledge in software systems

Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as empathy

Tasks / Responsibilities:
Independently set up systems and machines according to production planning specifications.
Full-fledged team member TT-Production and KANBAN
Responsible for all steps in the KANBAN process (as far as the job is concerned)
Accompaniment and execution of FATs in close coordination with the responsible Validation and Project Manager.

FAT follow-up as specified by Project Management and System Engineering.
Responsible for correct and complete filing of machine documents as directed and preparation of electronic customer documents in coordination with project manager
Preparing systems and machines for shipment (or storage).
As a qualified electrician:
Carrying out (recurring) tests in accordance with DIN EN 60204-1
Participation in training courses to maintain qualification
Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities on machines, procedur
