**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our dynamic kitchen team. As we expand with the opening of our new Buya Izakaya and Yakitori restaurant, we are looking for culinary superstars who are eager to contribute to our evolving concept. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing venture while advancing your own career and style in the culinary world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook high-quality Japanese Soul food dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative and delicious menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Stay focused and efficient under pressure, ensuring timely service during busy periods
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and recipes

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a high-paced commercial kitchen
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Strong work ethic and dedication to excellence
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience with ramen preparation is preferred but not required
