**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Support in the planning, conception, and implementation of communication strategies across all relevant channels
- Responsibility for a wide range of tasks and own projects in the field of external and internal corporate communications (media relations, social media, employee engagement)
- Creation of assets for digital channels with own creative ideas and approaches
- Support planning of trade fairs, conferences, and other events, including on-site support
- Target group-oriented creation of texts for various channels and formats
- Basic topic research and analysis, as well as preparation of results
- Support in the implementation of modern tools for one-to-many communication and in the development of dialog formats (community management)

**What You Bring**
- Successfully completed studies in the field of marketing, communication, PR, journalism or in a comparable field of study, and first experiences in communication or editorial work
- Interest in the topic of energy transition and the technology behind it
- Adequate skills in video editing, image editing, InDesign and other tools
- High affinity for digital media and digital communication, experience in writing short texts for different channels, formats, and target groups
- Communicative, open-minded personality with a high level of initiative, organizational talent, and a clearly structured working style
- Enjoy learning and facing new challenges every day
- Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken
