In any virtual space, every Like after community interaction leads to a clear result, which is recorded in clear indicators from which a trend can be derived. In the future, this trend will be used to gain clearer insights into many areas of daily life and business around the world.

The users who create the trend will participate financially in the value creation of the content and will also be remunerated through a non-manipulable distribution system of digital goods. This breaks down the traditional power structure in social media networks.

**Role Overview**:
As CFO of trendhub.one, you will oversee the financial strategy and sustainability of our innovative platform. You will play a critical role in financial planning, risk management, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring the economic health of the company and contributing to our vision of reshaping social media interactions globally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine financial strategies to support sustainable growth and enhance profitability while aligning with our mission of changing social media dynamics.
- Manage financial controls, accounting procedures, and investment strategies, ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Lead financial planning and budget management processes, providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.
- Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting, audit processes, and financial forecasting.
- Evaluate and manage risks to protect the company's assets and financial well-being.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational and marketing strategies from a financial perspective.
- Secure funding, manage investor relations, and maintain financial partnerships to support business expansion and technological advancements.
- Champion the financial model and pricing structure of trendhub.one to ensure it meets market needs and maximizes revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a senior financial management role, preferably in the tech or social media industry.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead and influence at high levels.
- A dynamic, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit who can work in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Proficient in English with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
