**Your responsibilities**
- You operate to fulfil customer demands regarding Outbound Logistics in interaction with HQ, Markets, Service providers and others
- You develop our transport relevant IT systems together with IT colleagues and keep data in the systems always up to date.
- You provide forecasts and discuss necessary actions with forwarders. Furthermore align and measure KPIs, safeguard transport quality and assure a problem free customs clearance process
- You optimate the supply chain and lead continuous improvement workshops
- You align daily with internal and external partners to guarantee a compliant and smooth customs process for shipments from Asia to Europe
- You adapt IT systems regarding transportation
- You consult markets in regards of finding the best transportation solution for specific customer needs in B2C or B2B business
- You verify invoices and adapt processes to create the foundation for a smooth payment process between service providers and internal finance team
- You take care about other topics around Ordering & Distribution like innovations, new supplier development, airfreight of vehicles and others

**What you bring along**
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or comparable education
- You have 1-3 years’ experience in similar positions in a forwarding agencies or a production environment
- You have very good logistics knowledge, preferred in Outbound Logistics
- You have IT experience especially in SAP/ Transport Management Systems / Microsoft Office inclusive Teams
- You are a true team player, willing to learn and a curious thinker
- You have fluent written and oral communication skills in English, or other European language as well as German and Chinese is a plus
- You are open to travel
