**THE ROLE**:
We are recruiting an experience Human Resources professional to join us here at Imperial Brands. As the P&C Culture Business Partner, you will have ownership to provide Business Partnering support and advice to our stakeholders in all people focussed matters. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in driving our business forward, helping us to embark on a transformation journey and supporting our business to enable everyone to be their best selves at work.

**PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Partnering with employees and people leaders, to implement a People and Culture agenda that is fully aligned to the long-term business plan, providing advice and support for support functions (focus: Field Force) in all people focussed matters.
- Control and support of labour laws and legislation processes.
- Support and advice for managers on strategic and operational issues, including in the areas of performance & talent management, succession planning, potential recognition, performance management and compensation as well as supporting recruitment processes.
- Contact and negotiating partner for the works council.
- Lead and/or support various local and global projects.

**EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Degree in business administration with a focus on human resources management or equivalent.
- Extensive experience working within a HR Business Partner role, ideally gained in in a FMCG company.
- A demonstrable understanding and knowledge of German labour law
- Fluent German and English skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize various projects.
- Excellent communication skills along with a solution-oriented, pragmatic action and “hands-on mentality”
- Ability to accept and drive change.
- High level of empathy, discretion, and integrity.
