**Retail Sektor** suchen wir aktuell nach einem
**Experten (gn)** für deren
**Device as a Service (DaaS) Modell.**

Das Unternehmen wird selbst für Kunden als Abonnement Partner auftreten und zu diesem Zwecke müssen interne Prozesse und Konzepte festgelegt werden und über diese Phase langfristig ins Go Live betreut werden.
Diese Rolle ist geprägt von engen Abstimmungen mit zahlreichen Einheiten und Fachbereichen und damit verbunden Schnittstellenmanagement.
Dem Kunden ist hier das fachliche Know How im Bereich Abonnement Lösungen und damit verbundene Finance Hintergründe vorrangig wichtig, die DaaS Erfahrung zurückgestellt.

**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben als Experte (gn) Device as a Service (DaaS)**:

- Inhaltliche Führung des strategisch wichtigen Themas Device as a Service für die Unternehmensgruppe, zusammen mit dem verantwortlichen Head
- Konzeption / Supervision / Durchführung von DaaS Strategie: Konzept, Business Case, Pilot in einem oder mehreren Ländern, Review/ Optimierung; Skalierung DaaS
- Kooperation und projektbezogene Führung der Teams aus beteiligten Ländern
- Strategische Kooperation mit Industrie-Partnern (bspw. Apple)
- Assessment Innovationen und Benchmarks im Bereich DaaS

**Damit überzeugen Sie uns**:

- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich **Services & Solutions**, besonders **DaaS **- auf Händler, Hersteller oder Anbieterseite (Financing)
- Erfahrungen im **internationalen Projektmanagement**:

- Strategische Skills: Erfahrungen in der Erstellung von strateg. Frameworks und idealerweise Kenntnisse in der erfolgreichen Implementierung
- Analyse Skills und Erfahrungen im Aufsetzen von Reportings und KPIs
- Erfahrungen in internat. Konzernen mit Matrix Organisationen
- Praktische Erfahrung mit **Customer Centricity** als strategisches Ziel
- Sie sind ergebnisorientiert, pragmatisch und effektiv in Ihrer Kommunikation mit starken People Management Skills
- ** Englischkenntnisse min. auf C1 Niveau**
