**Customer Support Specialist (w/m/d)**:

Als Customer Support Specialist sind Sie erste/r Ansprechpartner/-in für Kunden und Geschäftspartner Produkten des Bereichs Traction und e Mobility von Reparatur-, Ersatzteil
- und Gewährleistungsprozessen in Deutschland. Sie unterstützen das Traction Service-Team mit Ihren Kenntnissen im Kundenservice vorwiegend intern.

**Vorgesetzte/r der Position**:
Head of Sales & Service Traction

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Sie stellen die Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzmaterial in den Austauschlagern bei Kunden sicher
- Sie koordinieren Gewährleistungsfälle wie die Koordination von Abholaufträgen defekten Materials und Versand von Ersatzmaterial an Austauschlager beim Kunden
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den beteiligten Fachabteilungen wie Vertrieb, Projektmanagement, Repair-Center, Kreditmanagement, Spedition sowie Lager und Versand zusammen
- Sie überwachen den Status von Aufträgen und sind in Teile von Auftragserstellung über Rechnungsfreigabe bis zur Abrechnung involviert
- Sie stellen sicher, dass Anliegen von Kunden gelöst werden, und Sie greifen bei einer notwendigen Eskalation unterstützend ein.
- Sie sorgen für positive Kundenerfahrungen, halten die Kunden auf dem Laufenden und beseitigen Unklarheiten.
- Sie beobachten den gesamten Prozess und Trends zu Anfragen und Sie erkennen Verbesserungspotenzial.

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Service - idealerweise ergänzt um praktische Erfahrung
- Kenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil
- Eine agile und proaktive Herangehensweise, mit einer nachgewiesenen Fähigkeit, Verantwortung für Kundenprobleme zu übernehmen
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Kundenservice
- Technisches Verständnis wünschenswert, bevorzugt in der Antriebstechnik
- Eine teamfähige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
