**Expert Transparency / Risk and Insurances DACH (w/m/d)**

Deine Aufgaben sind
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung des Transparenzkodex in D-A-CH
- Ansprechpartner für alle Transparenz-relevanten Fragestellungen
- Erfassung, Verarbeitung und Veröffentlichung von geldwerten Leistungen (ToVs)
- Überwachung der Datenintegrität, Bearbeitung abgelehnter Datensätze, Einhaltung des Datenschutzes, Zusammenarbeit mit GTM für Report-Generierung, Veröffentlichung von Berichten, Website-Pflege, Bearbeitung von Anfragen/Beschwerden von HCPs/HCOs, Ansprechpartner für Cross-Border-Activities
- Durchführen von (refresher) Trainings und Aktualisierung der Unterlagen
- Verwaltung von Bankberechtigungen & -Vollmachten
- Führen und reporten aller relevanten Versicherungen des Versicherungsportfolios in Zusammenarbeit mit Global Risk & Insurance
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Transparency Manager (GTM)

Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Pharmaindustrie
- Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Teamgeist, pragmatische und lösungsorientiere Herangehensweise
- Überzeugendes Auftreten mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hand’s-on-Mentalität
- Gute MS-Office-Anwendungsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
