**The Company**:

Military personnel can order a brand-new car, truck or motorcycle and take delivery either overseas or upon their return to the United States. This is considered a quality of life program by the U.S. military and is part of a Department of Defence program, which provides preferred pricing and exclusive guarantees to those serving their country.
- **Basic Function**:_
The AfterMarket Administrator provides customer service support to customers who have purchased cars from the group. New vehicles are covered by manufacturer warranties, and OMSG offers an extended warranty plan which provides exceptional prolonged coverage to their customers. Over 80% of their customers take advantage of this additional coverage, and the key role of the administrator is to maintain the excellent record of providing stellar service to their customers.
- Receive and review claims for repairs, authorize and pay accordingly.
- Reconcile invoicing.
- Review and pay dealer delivery invoices.
- Address field concerns.
- Review, handle and finalize customer service issues that arise.
- **Principal Responsibilities**:_
- **European Customer Service**_
- Vehicle Service Contract Claim System Management
- Warranty Claim Statistics/Analyst (Ford & Chrysler) incl. Warranty Claims Receivables Management in collaboration with NY Accounting
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints in CRM
- Liaise with management, manufacturers, repair facilities, sales force and other company departments
- Customer/garage repair liaison, including arrangements for substitute transportation
- Authorizations for aftersales services and customer compensation checks
- Research of vehicle option discrepancies and guarantee issues on behalf of the customer
- Authorize non-warranty repairs
- Order replacement vehicle keys and various other parts
- Responsible for all after delivery customer issues
- **European Warranty Administration**_
- Warranty liaison between Dealers/Manufacturer and Overseas Military Sales Group
- Responsible for all Warranty submissions to the manufacturer
- Repair/process all open recall requests
- Responsible for ordering any parts necessary for repairs/recall
- Handle all customs documentation that may be required for each vehicle
- Handle all pre-delivery issues with vehicles
- **Personal Skills/Attributes/Qualifications**:_
- Eligible to be employed in Germany.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- An ability to communicate both verbally and written in both English and German. Native German speaker with excellent English speaker preferred but not a requirement
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads.
- Must be a team player with ability to communicate with customers as well as field offices and other departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
- A demonstrated ability to manage claims processes and customer inquiries effectively.
- Strong computer skills
- **Required Experience and Education**_**:_
- Previous experience in customer service or warranty administration, preferably within the automotive industry.

Pay: From 24.000,00€ per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
