Specialist Csr

**Job Definition**:
As a Specialist Corporate Social Responsibility / Compliance / Sustainability, you will work closely with your teammate to ensure that the organization acts in compliance with applicable laws and the requirements of our customers. In addition you are supporting the optimisation of our global sustainability activities.

The following tasks await you:

- **Supporting Whistleblowing Activities**: Handle incoming whistleblowing reports through to resolution
- **Incorporating regulations, laws and requirements**: Ensure that the company follows the international legal regulations and local laws (CSRD, LKSG, HinSchG, etc.) and their amendments, as well as the corresponding customer requirements for our organization
- **Communication**: Document and publish compliance processes and CSR successes
- **Defining Frameworks**: Design and implement new processes and guidelines and improve existing ones
- **Performing Audits**:Conduct our annual EcoVadis and UNGC audits to improve our ratings
- **Driving Digitisation**: Support, implementation and development of our compliance and CSR management systems
- **Collaborating**: Close cooperation with colleagues from Risk Management, Accounting, IT Security and People & Organisation as well as our works councils

**Job Qualification**

- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role in risk management, compliance or CSR auditing
- Experience in project management, time management, prioritization and oranization
- Analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex documents and guidelines
- Structured and independent way of working with high quality awareness
- High level of self-reflection with a strong sense of ethical and moral values
- Able to deal with conflicts, solution-oriented and a high level of persuasiveness due to excellent communication skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel worldwide occasionally
