Responsibilites
- Work with internal process representatives to understand global PMO requirements
- Review and assess existing internal capabilities as well as available third-party products and determine the best approach to support user requirements
- Translate business needs into tools, training, and process enhancements
- Understand the implications of technical decisions and trade-offs and be able to explain these to users and other stakeholders
- Lead the development of internal technologies and/or the implementation and configuration of off-the-shelf products
- Act as the technical authority for product specialists and external software development teams
- Ensure delivery meets business and technical specifications
- Facilitate the launch, adoption and in-life support of these tools and technologies
- Facilitate non-technical business improvements and transformation, such as engineering process improvement, process standardization, and new engineering models
- Prepare and execute user trainings and provide hands on support for the engineers as an internal consultant

Profile
- Engineering degree (e.g. informatics, electrical/software engineering, physics, mathematics, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of web technologies and standards (HTML, Java Script, Rest APIs (Easy Swagger), SQL, C#)
- Knowledge of following tools is required: Easy Redmine, PowerBI, IBM Jazz, PTC Windchill RV&S
- Proven communication, team working and organizational talents in a global environment
- Basic knowledge in Requirements Management, Configuration Management and Systems Engineering
- Flexibility and autonomous working required
- Experience with training engineers in use of processes, methods and tools
- Very good analytical as well as organizational skills
- Excellent spoken and written English and German language
