Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team in the DICT Center - Europe Region. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, specifying, and recommending cloud and communications solutions tailored to enterprise customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Architecture Design: Design and develop cloud architectures, including infrastructure, database, and networking solutions, to meet customer requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in the development of cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company standards.
  • Tender Response Preparation: Participate in the preparation of tender responses, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with legal advisers to draft, review, and negotiate non-standard contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other technical agreements.
  • Presentation and Communication: Deliver high-quality, customized presentations on cloud products, services, regulatory considerations, and strategic initiatives at seminars, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Presales Support: Support sales teams by providing expert advice and guidance during the presales phase, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Cloud Migration and Transformation: Engage in the migration and transformation of legacy customer solutions to cloud-based architectures.
  • Cloud Adoption and Optimization: Advise on best practices for cloud adoption, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of cloud resources.
  • Project Management: Manage projects involving cloud solution deployment, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Infrastructure Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the robustness and availability of infrastructure, including networking, server hardware, and storage solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Cloud infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking, particularly within cloud environments.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience in technology or software sales consulting, with a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions. Experience in architecting, deploying, and operating cloud solutions, with a strong background in managing highly available data center operations.
  • Certifications: AWS, GCP, AZURE Cloud Architect certificate is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to quickly adapt to dynamic environments.
