**Homeoffice **ist möglich

**Minimum 25€/h**

Unser Kunde ist in der Energiewirtschaft tätig und seine Kernkompetenzen liegen in der modernen Strom-, Erdgas
- und Wärmeversorgung in Bayern.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Bearbeitung von Passive Schäden für 7 Kundencenter
- Ergänzung/ Erfassung von Schäden im SAP
- Bearbeitung von Anzeigen zu den Schäden
- Beauftragung der Schadensbehebung bei unseren Service Teams

**Ihr Profil**:

- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (bevorzugt Elektrofachkraft oder Kauffrau/Kaufmann mit technischem Verständnis)
- Berufserfahrung und entsprechende Fachkenntnisse wünschenswert
- gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office), SAP-Erfahrung wünschenswert
- Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Einsatzbereitschaft und Selbstständigkeit
- Gute telefonische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
