- und Raumfahrt Branche sowie in Partnerschaft mit AIRBUS sucht die SimpleXX GmbH für den Standort Bremen einen Quality Line Side zum nächsten möglichen Zeitpunkt im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit Übernahmeoption. Sie sind mitunter für die Sicherstellung der Produktqualität, sowie für die Freigabe der Bauteile für den weiteren Fertigungsprozess zuständig. Bei AIRBUS als Luft

**Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben gehören**:

- Sicherstellung der Produktqualität und der produktbezogenen Tätigkeiten durch technische Prüfungen während der Herstellung des Luftfahrzeugs im Herstellbetrieb
- Freigabe der Bauteile für den weiteren Fertigungsprozess (Bauabweichungsmanagement)
- Erstellung, terminliche Verfolgung und Schließung von Non-Conformities (u.a. Bauabweichungen und Beanstandungsblätter) sowie Durchführung von Trouble Shooting (Störungsbeseitigung)
- Erteilung von fachlichen Weisungen im Quality Bereich gegenüber Fertigungsmitarbeitern sowie fachliche Betreuung des prüfberechtigten Personals
- Ausbildung und Einarbeitung neuer Prüfberechtigter sowie Festlegung und Abnahme von Arbeitsproben
- Durchführung und Visualisierung von Practical Problem Solving (PPS) Aktivitäten
- Analyse von Qualitätsproblemen mittels PPS-Methoden

**Wir wünschen uns**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Flugzeugbau, Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Lean Management, Luft
- und Raumfahrt und Qualitätssicherung
- Ein selbstständiges, strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten, ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Überzeugungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen, sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Tools: SAP, Google Workspace
