**Supervisor - Disruption Operations (m/w/d)**

**Dein spannendes Aufgabenfeld**

Als Disruption Operations Supervisor unterstützt du Kunden bei der Organisation von Hotelunterbringung und Transport von gestrandeten Passagieren und stellst sicher, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert:

- Bearbeite Anfragen via Telefon, E-Mail und andere Kommunikationsmittel
- Koordiniere als Schnittstelle zwischen Airlines, Hotels und Transportunternehmen aktive Buchungen über unsere Plattform
- Stelle die Dokumentation und Rechnungsabwicklung abgeschlossener Layover sicher
- Dokumentiere Marktereignisse und identifiziere neue Potenziale
- Unterstütze beim Onboarding neuer Partner und betreue Anfragen von Bestandskunden

**Das bringst Du mit**
- Erfahrung im Frontoffice/Guest Service Bereich von Hotels, im Check-in Bereich am Flughafen oder im Bereich Dispatching/Operations in anderen Branchen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch, gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
- Schnelle Auffassungsaufgabe und detailorientiertes Arbeiten
- Proaktive Arbeitseinstellung und Lust, neue Ideen einzubringen
- Gelassenheit in herausfordernden Situationen
