**A Snapshot of Your Day**

You start your day by having a standup meeting discussing the monitoring solutions for the current IT and OT and how to increase the level of infrastructure as well as product security. After lunch, you will align on the next steps with the representatives from different locations to implement, maintain and update the required security measures in order to fulfill customer needs and legal standards. At the end of your working day, you might have a joint meeting with the group manager, reporting the current achievements and challenges as well as practical measures that were identified and outlined with the representatives on site.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Responsibility for the strategy and roadmap regarding the implementation of requirements and measures in coordination with the management in the area of OT as well as IT security for the entire group, composed of 9 factories
- Being accountable for Incident & Vulnerability Management within the Group, the coordination as well as creation of a task force to handle incidents and the report to management
- Teaching of requirements, measures as well as advanced protection concepts of OT and IT security (e.g. based on IEC 62443, NERC CIP and ISO 27001) in an innovative working environment as well as current development projects
- Responsibility for definition of encryption/authentication methods and identity management
- Support in threat and risk analyses and testing of defined countermeasures
- Tracking technical developments and technological trends as well as constantly expanding your know-how in the field of IT and OT security

**What You Bring**
- Successfully completed master's degree in the field of specialization (IT security, Computer science or electrical engineering with a focus on IT security)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of IT security, preferably in the area of OT security
- Experience working with stakeholders across departmental and functional boundaries
- Very good knowledge of relevant rules and regulations in the field of OT security (e.g. IEC 62443, NERC CIP, IEC27001)
- Certification as CISSP or CISM is a plus
- High degree of initiative, communication skills, motivation and enthusiasm for innovation
- Fluent in German and English to navigate your international environment
