- Taking on national and international HR tasks, also in day-to-day operations
- Participation in / management of HR projects in the divisions, regions and CoE
- Contribution to the HR transformation project

- Master's degree in HR or other relevant fields, such as organizational psychology or business administration with a focus on HR
- Experience in operational and conceptual HR work, including employment law practice
- Profound understanding of HR operational processes
- Systematic and conceptual approach
- Strong advisory skills, customer orientation, and team spirit
- High level of intercultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence coupled with a global mindset and integrity
- Willingness to change location and to relocate and travel (nationally and internationally) during and after the program
