Aufgaben
- Du leitest unser DACH-Team und stellst sicher, dass das Team effektiv arbeitet, Ziele erreicht und Projekte termingerecht umsetzt
- Du förderst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder und schaffst eine motivierende und kollaborative Arbeitsumgebung
- Du entwickelst eine ganzheitliche Influencer-Marketingstrategie, die auf den Zielen unseres Unternehmens basiert
- Du analysierst Markttrends, identifizierst relevante Influencer und bestimmst die optimale Vorgehensweise für erfolgreiche Kampagnen.
- Du behältst den Überblick über alle Kanäle wie Influencer Marketing, CRM, SEO, SEA etc. und sorgst für eine integrierte und kanalübergreifende Kommunikation
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Budgetmanagement des Influencer-Marketing-Teams und stellst sicher, dass die Ressourcen effizient eingesetzt werden und die definierten Ziele erreicht werden.
- Du hältst dich stets über aktuelle Entwicklungen im Influencer-Marketing sowie anderen relevanten Kanälen wie CRM, SEO, SEA etc. auf dem Laufenden
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet (oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung/Weiterbildung)
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Influencer-Marketing sowie in der Teamführung, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Position
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in weiteren Marketing Channels, bspw. CRM, SEO, SEA etc.
- Dein Verkaufsgeschick ermöglicht es dir, überzeugende Verhandlungen zu führen und langfristige, profitable Beziehungen zu Influencern und anderen Vertriebspartnern aufzubauen
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Kreativität und Innovationsgeist, um einzigartige und ansprechende Kampagnen zu entwickeln
- Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammenarbeiten
