Sportradar is the leading global provider of sports betting and sports entertainment products and services. Since 2001, we have occupied a unique position at the intersection of the sports, media and betting industries; providing sports federations, news media, consumer platforms and sports betting operators with a range of solutions to help grow their business. Following several years of sequential and fast-paced growth we are now looking to recruit a Senior Strategic People Partner to join our People Services team to partner and support one of our Business Verticals.

In this new exciting and challenging role, you will play a pivotal role as Sportradar continues to grow and evolve. You will work closely with the leaders to prioritize strategic people priorities and solutions that accelerate the achievement of business plans through talent management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition, and organizational effectiveness.

This position can be based from our London office or alternatively could be based in St Gallen, Switzerland or one of our other locations around the globe.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:

- Partner with senior management and global People Leadership Team to deliver pragmatic solutions that align to business and commercial objectives
- Formulates and owns business partnerships and acts as a coach/sparring partner to business leaders to deliver value added service and serve as a change catalyst
- Put data and insights at the heart of what we do by providing our leaders with the right data to support their People decisions.
- Partners with Centers of Excellence teams to develop and deliver best in class People initiatives that address workforce planning and performance, talent development, and employee relations
- Manages and mentors local People team, utilizing local talent to deliver People-focused initiatives
- Leads change by collaborating with local People Partners to craft globally relevant strategies for multiple functions and across multiple locations
- Works with People Services group to develop and execute solutions, programs and policies on a local and global level
- Lead change initiatives to continue to develop our employee proposition including integration of new colleagues from M&As.
- High focus on building and scaling our culture, you will help us on our journey to embrace a hybrid and digital led way of working through fostering new ways of working and virtual initiatives that drive high and sustainable employee engagement.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Strategic People/HR Business Partner experience in a fast-growing matrix organization in an international environment across multiple locations
- Understanding the importance of linking People strategy to organizational strategy with commercial awarness
- Experience in High-Tech industry and/or a fast-growing company preferred
- Experience leading a team through change and hyper growth
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills with a proven track record of leading, developing and managing a people team.
- Working knowledge across all disciplines including Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Compensation Benchmarking/Levelling, Performance Management, Labour Law
- Excellent communicator who is confident, capable and credible with the ability to have challenging conversations, coach leaders and implement communication and engagement initiatives across teams and leaders at all levels
- Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering successful initiatives focused on enhancing performance, inclusiveness and business culture
- Bachelor´s/Master´s degree in HRM or related field beneficial
