Shape Republic, Berlin based E-Commerce company, was founded in 2017 and we recently started our crazy adventure in France We are a social media & influencer driven startup in the heart of Berlin. We develop high quality nutritious food products with passion, creativity and proximity to the market.
Founded by women for women, we help our customers achieve their personal well being goals, be it getting in shape or living a healthier life. We offer better choices for quick & easy meals, healthier cooking and the ideal vitamin & supplement intake.

Aufgaben
- You work in close collaboration with our French country manager and support on market development activities including social media campaigns, translations, order management
- You are close to our community by managing all our Social Media and Community Management activities
- You build your influencer portfolio, and are responsible for the funnel from research and outreach to briefing and evaluation
- You will be the first point of contact for our beloved customers, answering their queries in Zendesk as well as on our social media channels
Qualifikation
- You are currently studying in a business or marketing related field
- You have a can-do attitude and enjoy taking on new challenges
- You have a passion for relationship building and excellent communication skills
- You have a clear and structured approach to your tasks and excel in time management
- You are a native French speaker and additionally speak English and/or German at a professional level
- You are outgoing, pragmatic and a problem solver, which make it easy for you to advise our customers
- You are responsible, flexible and enjoy working independently
**Not necessary but a plus**:
- A first experience in a similar role is a big plus
- You are interested in being the face of Shape Republic France on our Instagram account
- You are creative and always look for new ideas to improve the brand
- You are familiar with Photoshop or Canva
**Benefits**:

- Paid internship: 1702,13€ brutto per month
